We understand that you may want to delete your account and personal data from our platform. You can do this at any time by following the instructions below.
How to Delete Your Account
If you have an account on My Vsign, you can delete it through our web portal:
- Go to our web portal: https://dsc.vsign.in/applicant/login
- Log in using your registered mobile number and OTP.
- You can delete by one of the options mentioned below:
Option 1:
- Navigate to Profile > Close KYC Account.
- Verify the OTP received on your registered mobile number and select "Yes, Close Account" to confirm deletion.
Option 2:
- Go to: https://dsc.vsign.in/closekycaccount
- Enter your username, verify the OTP received on your registered mobile number, and select "Yes, Close Account" to confirm deletion.
What Happens After Deletion?
- Deletion action is irreversible.
- Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., financial transactions).
